Midway Landing Policies and Rules

1.      No Ground Fires! Keep Barrels and containers up off the ground. Dump ashes on gravel roads. If you bring extra wood take it home, WE don’t need it.

2.      No Loud Noise after 10:00 P.M. No Extra Loud radios or music during the day.

3.      The Speed limit is 5 M.P.H. in the campground. Pay Attention! If someone in your group does not have a drivers license Don’t let them drive! WE are not a driving school.

4.      Do not block other Campsites! If someone is camped in them or not Don’t block other Campsites. If you have visitors don’t let them block other campsites.

5.      Throw fish trimmings off the end of the rock points at the mouth of the cove. Make sure you get them in the water not on the rocks. Or carry them out in the lake.

6.      Make sure you check back in the store if you leave the campground and are returning. Make sure all the drivers in your campsite know this. Make sure any visitors you have coming in know this. We do not have mind readers working in the store so for everyone’s protection and safety we strictly enforce this rule. Just read the signs and there’s no problem.

7.      Pets are OK. Nobody comes here to hear your dog bark! Must be on leash. They will not bark most of the day or frequently , bark at night, bother other people, their stuff or if they are intimidating, i.e.  a dog on a chain lunging or barking at people in a threatening manner. Pets may relive themselves past the gravel behind the campers. If they go around the campers clean it up! No Pit Bulls Period!

8.      We ask that people use commonsense. If the ground is wet try to stay on the gravel.

9.      No swimming inside the cove. Idle speed only inside the cove.

10.  If you have young kids you watch them. No rock throwing around campers or boats. Stay out of other people’s stuff.

If you don’t or can’t understand any of the above we will be glad to explain them!
